KidFest is a day-long, activity-filled event for kids of all ages and their families. An exciting part of the Morristown Festival of Books, KidFest is where kids meet their favorite authors and illustrators and partake in interactive presentations and book readings. Additionally, kids can get pictures taken with costume characters, enjoy fun music, play games, and more. Books are for sale throughout the event and can be personally signed by authors.
The Morristown Festival of Books celebrates the authors and illustrators who share their passion for books with our most important readers! We are thrilled to welcome this incredible lineup of Children’s and Young Adult authors for our 2021 event.
KidFest is supported by Atlantic Health System/Goryeb Children’s Hospital and a group of wonderful local public and private schools, and we are deeply grateful for their generosity.
Calling All Kids/WAMMC TV is Goryeb Children’s Hospital Morristown Medical Center’s in-house storytime network sponsored by the Women’s Association for Morristown Medical Center.
Created to brighten the hospital experience for pediatric patients and their families, Calling All Kids supports the hospital’s child life team by delivering patient-focused programming to comfort, entertain, educate and inspire children. Calling All Kids also provides interactive opportunities for kids to engage in the creative process of the TV network and to contribute to new program content and development.
Dedicated to creating smiles and laughter, inclusion and the opportunity for kids to participate lie at the heart of the Calling All Kids experience! KidFest is proud to partner with Calling All Kids and will be interviewing authors and creating stories for their channel.
