Rosemary Wells grew up in a house filled with books, baseball, and animals. She is the award-winning author of numerous books for children, including the beloved preschool series Max and Ruby and Voyage to the Bunny Planet. Her career as an author/illustrator spans more than thirty years and 130 books. She was raised in New Jersey and lives in Connecticut, continuing to work on new books and spending time with her two daughters and five grandchildren.
